Also included are individual blogs about their own recovery, this is by no means a guide to M.E recovery, merely acknowledgements of their own recovery process and life beyond M.E.
Association of Young People with ME http://www.ayme.org.uk/ - this is primarily for younger suffers, however give valued support. AYME has also set up AYME Graduates which is an extension from AYME seeking to support young adults.
